The best subscription app and unmatched excellent customer service. Very quick to respond to any questions we had. The Loop team was able to provide our business with custom features to so that we provide our csutomers with an amazing customer portal. If you EVER look for a subscription service/app or if you want to migrate from another subscription service, stop looking right now!! Loop has not only helped us to seamlessly migrate from a subscription big player (worst experience ever) to their platform; they also spent hours and hours to support that migration and made sure everything went well without any issues at all. Response times were usually under a minute and they even built full integrations for other services on our request within one week. Try them out - you won't be disappointed!

From the first day of downloading Loop, the customer support has been excellent. Despite having a few issues within the first couple days, Loop always replied fast and solved the issues. Loop provides everything I need for my subscription-based business. Would definitely recommend this to anyone who needs to add subscriptions to their website.

Their customer service is unmatched. Whenever I had an issue using the app I would get a response very fast and the team was super nice answering any questions. The UX is great for both the customers and the store end. Highly recommend!
