Really great experience working with the loyalty lion team, particularly Sammy with the onboarding process! Made everything super easy, explained everything really well and made it a seamless process integrating the platform onto our Shopify store. Great support throughout, they really listened to what we wanted and made it a really quick easy process. Highly recommend to anyone considering using Loyalty lion!

Incredibly easy onboarding process thanks to Reya! Really looking forward to seeing how our repeat customer rates increase and how much our customers will love this loyalty program.

I've tried multiple other loyalty program apps over the past few years and Loyalty Lion are clearly the best in the space, the most knowledgable and really care about new features & helping their customers generate more revenue.

Loyalty Lion is the gold standard for Shopify rewards programs. They offer a clean, easy-to-use interface with plenty of options for customization, and have a robust integration network. Additionally, they have a great team to help get you onboarded (shoutout Reya)! I can't recommend them enough.

We’ve had one of the best onboarding experiences ever thanks to LoyaltyLion! We were on a tight two-week deadline to get fully up and running, and not only did the LoyaltyLion team rise to the challenge—they exceeded every expectation.

Our onboarding specialist, Jason, was absolutely incredible! He guided us through every step with such clarity and efficiency that the entire transition was seamless! Even with platforms that take a full month to onboard, we’ve had headaches in the past—but not with LoyaltyLion! Even rushed, the process was smooth, supportive, and completely free of hiccups. We felt confident from day one that we were in the right hands to get this done under such a tight schedule.

Now that we’re live, our loyalty program is running beautifully. It’s easier for our customers to use and far more intuitive on the back end for our team, too. We’re so happy to be using a platform that’s not only powerful and has so many great features, but also backed by such excellent support. Jason, and the other members of the Support team that we’ve been able to work with have all been so friendly, helpful, knowledgable, and quick to answer any questions we have and offer suggestions to make our program even better.

We’re already seeing the benefits one week in, and are excited to keep building on this foundation to improve our customer journey, deepen brand loyalty, and raise our average order value! We're so happy that we made the switch over to LoyaltyLion, and only wish that we would have done it sooner!

Have had a great experience with Loyalty Lion and our CSM Hannah, who has been great at answering any queries we have as well as constantly helping us to optimise our loyalty programme.
Our only areas for improvement are around the reporting and analytics side of things but after seeing the product roadmap, we are excited for things to come!

The onboarding process is smooth and intuitive, with Loyalty Lion doing a lot of the heavy lifting and background work for us. There was only one feature that wasn't totally clear and that was the 'rolling' approach to spend calculations, but we have managed to find a way to work around this. Reya was very helpful throughout the whole onboarding process and the team are very quick to action any changes or requests. We went live yesterday and are already seeing really positive engagement and response from the programme!

Have been using Loyalty Lion for about 2 years and have been very happy with the program. Hannah has been great with answering any queries we have and how we can best use the program to get the best results for our brand. The online chat as well is great and does get back to me quite quickly. Easy to use and also so helpful during our migration, both Hannah and the team.
