The Loyalty Lion app has a great deal to offer, however, I do need help from customer support quite frequently to make adjustments to our account. I have been primarily working with 2 amazing Customer Support Reps, Amber and Hannah. They have been able to answer all my questions and they are detailed and thorough with their responses.

Libby has been really great to work with and very responsive beyond the initial onboarding period. Understanding the platform and its full potential takes some time, but Libby has been patient and communicative which is appreciated! Looking forward to seeing some great results with our loyalty program!

So far we're really liking this app! It has been a huge positive for our long time customers. I gave it 4 stars for the fact that I wish there were more features such as: Rewards for product reviews and Rewards for social media likes/follows. All in all, I gave it 4 stars and this will be a staple in our ecommerce business model for years to come.

Excellent app I highly recommend. Tried multiple loyalty apps before this one and they all fell short. Excellent support - they were even able to customize the app to work with our Wholesale program! They even offer on-boarding and quarterly advice on how to best run your loyalty program. We fully expect that this new loyalty program is going to drive our sales and boost our bottom line, while delighting our customers. Thank you Loyalty Lion!

Great loyalty app with all the functions needed to run a successful rewards program. Easy to install and set up. Only downside is analytics at this point as they're fairly basic with no ability to dive into referral by location or program performance without including all Shopify orders. It also takes a full purchase cycle to give good insights (for us that's 1 year).

poorly optimized, slows things alot, coupons can't stack. Expensive.

Unfortunately, we cannot stack coupons due to a restriction by Shopify, however, we do have the option of offering giftcards as rewards (if you're on the Classic plan) that can be stacked! Get in contact if you would like more information!

Very expensive and all the better features are more. That being said it is worth the money. It is a great program and offers a lot of features that make it worth the cost.

I do wish the in cart additions and a bit more customization was available but I do enjoy the customer service and it makes the program valuable.
