Really happy with the support I receive from this platform. Even when I feedback things that could change they really do listen and make changes. It has really helped us increase our returning customer rate and their development team is second to none. Really pleased with the support and implementation process of this app. Libby was always so quick to respond, and if there was ever an issue/changes I needed making to our Loyalty programme landing page, she was on top of it - SO efficient. In regard to the app itself, we've found it a really fun way to engage with our most loyal customers on a different level - allowing us to give back to them in a non-monetary way. We've also factored 'double points' days into sales events which we hope will result in a higher conversion for our Loyalty club members.
