Have been using the app for years and was satisfied, however the price increases are outrageous and there's 0 chance that i would pay them $200 a month when we have been on a free plan for ages. The Predatory price increase is insane, time to find a new loyalty program that will be loyal to its users.

Sathiya has been such a great help for Discount 70! We've been able to effortlessly import customers from our other platform when switching to Shopify. The directions are clear on how the rewards system works, and the customer service has been impeccable! Sometimes it's a bit of a wait - just on weekends/getting back to business days, but once Monday hits, our questions are answered with clarity and efficency.

Team is very helpful and the software has been a great addition to our business. It takes 3-6 months to set up and we saw great results after 6-12 months. BUT its been well worth it

We just migrated from Yotpo to Loyalty Lion and I must say we love it. Loyalty Lion is so easy and self explanatory, it has so many good features and integration possibilities. We especially love the POS integration! It works perfectly. Thank you Team LL for the continues help!

Great help with setting everything up, you get a dedicated onboarding manager that helps from the start to the moment you go live. Afterwards, the account manager and customer service are quick and helpful as well.
Everything is set-up to a basic level and you have the freedom to edit this to your own personal wishes with your own team.
It does take a little while to start returning your investment, but if you have the ability to stomach the first couple of months, the results in terms of order frequency, AOV and CLV are incredible!

This apps works great until I noticed that their SDK causing performance throttling. They have added their Font inside the SDK, and this is impacting performance issue. There is an option to that you can disable custom fonts in SDK but it is actually not working. I have address this to support and they told me that this feature is not available for Free users. Basically they are slowing your website if you are not Paid customer. They are misleading their Free tier and false advertise about their Tier features. dissapointed.

To clarify, we do not degrade performance for Free plan users in any way. The LoyaltyLion widget is designed to be lightweight and easy to install for free plan businesses starting out, and this is the first report we have received regarding a performance issue related to font loading.
We’re exploring options to hide the "disable font" setting that aren’t applicable to the Free plan.

It’s a powerful loyalty solution that makes it easy to build a tier-based rewards program that truly incentivises repeat purchases and customer engagement. The onboarding was super speedy and seamless. The team was incredibly responsive and had everything set up in under 48 hours.
