Jonathan was very helpful in getting us up and running and ensuring a smooth transition from our previous loyalty app. We were missing the ability to use gift cards as a reward. This feature was available from our previous app due to a limitation from Shopify that was recently lifted. He pushed to get that feature implemented for us and it will be live for us next week!

One thing I wish they would improve is the email editor. It could use a bit of a refresh as the default emails look really dated and the editor is really basic. Most of the emails can be sent via Klaviyo but it looks like the referral email can't. However, you can customize it to your heart's content if you know HTML/CSS.

Updated Review: We had a few hiccups at the beginning but these guys were able to turn it around. We are on our way to better performance for our Loyalty Program but we are not at 5 stars yet. Will update in a few weeks after the new improvements have been implemented.

In Our Opinion, switching to Loyalty Lion has been a disaster. So far so bad. We've had Loyalty Lion for about nine months it really hasn't delivered for us. We did get help from the team to set it up, but after that, it's been completely lackluster. We see very few people joining the program and very few redemptions as well. Referrals have been so low that they are almost non-existent and in loyalty purchases, we are seeing a huge drop which is so big that we even feel shame to admit it.

We were using Smile.IO before that had its limitations in our opinion, but it was definitely performing better for us for half the price. We can't honestly recommend them.

Libby was very helpful through the whole onboarding process, with prompt replies to any questions we had during the setup even with the large time difference !

We have just launched so havent seen huge results as of yet but very excited to see where we end up with a couple more tweaks to the program, everything looks promising so far. Good amount of intergrations to work with.

The onboarding support that we received throughout the integration of the app with our store was excellent: the team were accessible, swift with their communication and extremely helpful. The app itself has only been running for a short while, so too soon to evaluate its effectiveness, but first impressions are good and we like the fact that we can customise certain elements to make the look our own, and we also like that integrates with our mail program.

Loyalty Lion has been great for our store. We have used it for about a year and are now even restructuring our loyalty program to make it work even better for us. Hannah has been amazing the whole way through. Having several meetings with us to review how the program is doing and how we can improve it. She is also always there to help us with any technical difficulties.

We love working with Loyalty Lion! Their platform is by far the best rewards program out there. Their team is super helpful and very kind. They only want to see your rewards program succeed, so they do whatever they can to help. There's some slight issues with developers not being available if you need something fixed, so it can be a little manual in that way. Otherwise, we love Loyalty Lion and wouldn't use anyone else for my rewards program.

We´ve been working with Loyaltylion app for a few years now and it has definitely helped us bring in more revenue. Our clients love to purchase knowing they will win points and have a discount for future purchases. The customer service is great and on our plan we count with a specialist that gives us new ideas and we can have monthly meetings to revise all the features and see if there is room for improvement.

I've been using LoyaltyLion for about two years now for two different organization. It's a really great and easy to use platform. It's so user friendly, which really helps when there's training cross-functionally! It's also a great platform if you're running an international rewards program, as you can easily toggle between each country you're managing. I've been able to set up an entire new loyalty rewards program as well as revamp one for a different brand through this! Their CSMs are also incredibly responsive. Our rep especially, Hannah Cook, has been absolutely amazing at helping us through a really intense relaunch of our program, putting absolute care and thoughtfulness into the relaunch as if it were her own brand. She has been an amazing extension of our team!

This service is an awesome way to grow your customer base and a fabulous and easy way to retain your existing customers. The customizability of Loyalty Lion is why we chose them.
It is not the most self-explanatory if you intend to customize a lot.
Omar and Jonny were both very nice and great to work with. The onboarding process could have been a bit smoother, i.e. getting answers from the team sometimes took longer than expected.
However, our experience with the team was highly customized and we are really excited to see our growth using Loyalty Lion.
