The LL team have been excellent in our transition from Square to Shopify. We had an existing loyalty system that has been made even better with LL, and we have tons of new data to parse through and customer are loving the new points tiers, rewards etc. Big shout out to Nahum and the engineering team for guiding and helping us along the way.

LoyaltyLion functionality seems as I would expect. Checks boxes for the big requirements we have.
Their support on the other hand is arguably the worst I have ever experienced. Issues I have raised takes DAYS, WEEKS to get sorted. Escalating the lack of urgency resulted in one big shoulder shrug. I will be leaving this app as soon as our contract is up.

App will not let me access anything other than the set up, which is not what I want to do - can not even access their help. Also, I am not able to uninstall the stupid thing. Terrible experience.
