The onboarding process was a piece of cake with the support of Libby White and her team! What could have been an overwhelming process was made easy with the team's very clear communication during the process and the checklists they provided kept it all very organized. Loyalty Lion is very user friendly and we were able to customize the great emails they setup in Klaviyo. Libby was there every step of the way with any questions I had and we just recently launched and are excited to see all the ways that this program supports our customers and our revenue.

The program works great and works just as described. It has tons of options to give your customers exactly what they want to redeem rewards and boost engagement.

Special Shout out to our onboarding specialist Reya, she rocks! Always willing to help and make sure things turn out the way we wanted. I am very fortunate to have worked with her on this project. I would recommend Loyalty Lion to anyone looking for a solid and robust rewards platform.

Love it! Customer services is spot on. Helped me merge my loyalty points from 1 loyalty scheme to another. Always available on email if needed but easy to use.

Loyalty Lion is very user friendly and has helped increase our retention. My only complaint would we that we cannot schedule campaigns.

Really happy with the support I receive from this platform. Even when I feedback things that could change they really do listen and make changes. It has really helped us increase our returning customer rate and their development team is second to none. We have a wonderful account manager Anusha who has been on hand every time we have needed something. No matter it being big or small.
