We have been using Loyalty Lion for 3 years now. We recently revamped our whole programme and launched it concurrently with a new website. Our Customer Success Manager, Hannah Cook was a huge help through this process, looking over our plans and timelines, providing advice and helping us make sure the relaunch went smoothly - which it did!

We love LoyaltyLion, it's bloody brill and onboarding has been a dream thanks to the lovely Freya!

She advised us of best practises with the points setup, the reasoning for doing so and helped adjust & accommodate for our specific business needs.

We've had Loyalty Lion for a couple of years now. We recently started working with a new account manager called Vicky Vitkay who has helped us understand current performance and has also gone through key recommendations to optimise.
