Not sure what's happening with Lucky Orange but they stopped responding from the support line, the support feature doesn't work, and we've had countless issues with recording not loading or showing. Since the beginning the recording / replay feature has been spotty, but we lived with it. Switching to a new app.

Lucky Orange is an amazing tool. It helped me identify where my customers were clicking and where they were getting stuck in the conversion funnel process. The live recordings of users' actions are invaluable. Thank you Lucky Orange!
Excellent app for detecting any errors on your site which might trip up customers. Worth it.
Bradley was quick to reach out with great support. With some fine tuning on both sides, we were able to get the app running and he also gladly extended my trial so that I could have sufficient time to test the app completely.
I have had few interactions with this app and it seems to be amazing. Will be using it thoroughly in the next few days and hoping to get great results.

Only just installed it today but immediately saw my visitors don't actually see product reviews I'd imported with another app. They appear fine for me, on different devices and in incognito mode. Of course they all closed the page at that point, so all the advertising money has been going down the drain. Plus my chat option (also another app) was actually not there for visitors - again, it's visible to me. For that alone this app is gold!

This app worked perfectly right out of the box. I didn’t have to do any set-up; it was immediately clear how to do things. I use it for the customer screen recordings: seeing how customers navigate through your store provides excellent UX feedback. Well worth the small monthly fee. Good support as well.

This app is amazing. Having just launched a store, we are able to see how our visitors move around the site, what they seem to be looking for, and what they are doing when they leave. This helps us fix the weak areas of our site to retain more visitors and convert sales. I also love that it shows so many stats such as browser type, device type, location, referral source, if they added something to the cart, where they are located, and what products they looked at.
