When i send test emails i did not received it to my email account. I tried sending it to my 2 email accounts nothing arrived to my email...
I paid to upgrade my account just so I could send out emails to my subscribers and every time I try to upload them it says it has failed. I hope it gets fixed soon and I can update my review.
Seems easy to use. It's a bit overpriced though. The Free version is very limiting. Choosing which upgrade to do is confusing. If you want to simply email a discount code to your subscribed customers, you must upgrade. If you want to use your own custom template with custom html that you create, you must upgrade. For small business, it is way too much. We would have been more comfortable with $5 max per month. Shopify already has a built in newsletter sign-up, and that's about all you get for the free version.
I am new to this, but seems pretty easy, I still need to know how to use this effectively. So far is has bee great to use. No problem with the form.
My connection with shoelace are not active with shopify .
I was offered to share my review of the recent install. I give a three until I get with support to troubleshoot the email sign-up section that is not working properly on Android mobile. There is also a field as for bithdate error. Another issue is if the customer press the x in order to avoid the sign up, the sign forces email sign up within seconds of opening a product catagory. This went on throughtout my testing the app and adjusting any settings. Hope this first review help. I will update once all communication is done with their support team to help resolve.

having difficulty setting up DMIK and I can't find any support to help. that is the only issue so far.

It's quick to set up some basic forms and landing page, but when I found some integration and other issues and tried to find support, no reply at all. Disappointed at the poor support service
