We've been using this several years and it has worked well. Recently ran into an issue where the customer tags weren't syncing. MARZ on chat support was very helpful and resolved the problem plus gave me things to try in case I have an issue in the future.

I have been using mailchimp for a few years. It offers affordable plans for small business like me for a start. There are a lot of functions in the app, the more functions and more subscribers you have, the higher the subscription fees.

What I like about the app is their customer service. They provide real person to support me in the chatbox. I had trouble with my setting and customer service Nadz was very helpful and guided me through the whole process.

I also had trouble with my billing, there were extra charge once my contact exist 1500. The system does not send any email notification by default, so i learned that I have to check the billing cycle in the app very often to ensure that I don't get charged extra. Again, I got customer service to attend to my query.

Has been working fine in general, but I noticed it stopped syncing one day, so I reached out to the support and got really good help from Rhedd at their support team. The problem was solved within an hour.
