Over the past 15 days, mailmunch twice disabled the emails of messages, there is no support on weekends. Both outages resulted in a loss of sales and customer confidence.

So far great, easy setup and integration with Mailchimp. Have to see how well it converts!
More FREE options would be wonderful. Use of the premium themes at the prices stated isn't affordable for new small businesses.
Great free app. Although it doesn't give me the location of the subscriber, I can check by looking up the IP as it does give me the IP. Easy integration with Aweber.

Mail Munch is great and very easy to use. We love it for our general sign up newsletter.
