This app is more stable than Channel Unity and simpler to use than Linnworks. Its the best of the three. The support is the best of the three also. CHannel Unity got snotty with us and even though we paid for chat support, they made us put all our issues onto tickets. Linn was so complicated it was 6 months before we got it working properly.
works well - needed some manual config that the support team did super fast! Very happy with the functionality.

Once you go through the initial set up process the system is easy to use and does everything we need it to. Support is quick and very helpful.
I have been using Codisto for over a year now. The app saves so much time listing and processing orders on Amazon & eBay. It works very smoothly. Anytime I run into an issue, it's mostly due to my inexperience, but the Codisto staff quickly rectify the issue. They walk you thru it step by step, including screenshots, to make it so easy to not only fix the issue, but you learn along the way. Virtually idiot-proof. I have used other apps that sync with online stores and got rid of them. Codisto is by far superior. Highly recommended!
we used codisto for two years, it works smoothly and is a great tool to use. I just got excellent support from codisto team and it was very quick and professional. 5 Star and very recommended!

It's a good app when it works. But poor support and multiple months of downtime, technical errors, and unresponsiveness make it hard to recommend. Further, they continue to charge during their downtime. Customer service is quick to respond and is great for general inquiries but very slow to fix any bugs or problems. Unfortunately, you will also be ignored by their support team if you ask any difficult questions (i.e when will the app work again, ETA's on technical bugs). If you have a large catalog and your business is heavily dependent on the communication between Shopify and Amazon I would not recommend this app, it is not reliable enough.

Really impressed with Codisto. I had an issue listing some new products and contacted support by live chat. Prince there has helped me fix the problem within 10 minutes and explained to me how to avoid issues like this in the future. Highly recommended! Really impressed with Codisto. Amazon themselves recommended this App to sync Shopify with Amazon. Very simple interface. Could do with some performance improvements but I'm sure that'll get improved overtime so I'm overall extremely happy.
