Die App hat ihre Herausforderungen und ist nicht auf Anhieb intuitiv. Sobald man sich jedoch eingearbeitet hat, funktioniert sie wirklich gut. Mein Tipp: Man sollte die Zuordnungen erst dann bearbeiten, wenn man sie wirklich versteht – sonst zerschießt man sich schnell sein Listing. Experimentiert lieber direkt in den Angeboten beim jeweiligen Produkt; dort lassen sich alle wichtigen Einstellungen sicher vornehmen. Bei Unsicherheiten hilft der Live-Chat kompetent weiter.

I’m not very tech-savvy, so I often reach out to the CS team whenever I encounter an issue. They have been very helpful and responsive. I especially appreciate that they provide screenshots to clearly show where the problem is, which makes it much easier for me to understand and resolve the issue.

So far, four of my inquiries have been handled smoothly. I truly appreciate their support and assistance.

This app makes selling items from your Shopify store to eBay a breeze. The best part though is the Live customer service. All customer service agents we have dealt with have been excellent in communication & solving any issues.

An easy application to use and sync products to your Marketplace account. We use this to link our shop to a multi-brand eBay account and all is working perfectly. Mark M was extremely helpful in providing information around eBay listings and how to deal with refunds/returns from that platform. 5 star customer service. Highly recommend!

I was a bit confused during the set up so reached out to support, after a couple of emails the issue was quickly resolved, thanks Rain! The app is great as the mapping features make this app very versatile for my purposes.

This app is great for transferring lisitings into eBay. Support was extremely nice and helpful. I got stuck and decided to use the chat option. It pops up a bot chat, but you can request a human by clicking on the "Get in touch" button at the bottom. After describing my issue Rain was able to help me right away. In the chat I was sent screenshots to show me what they were talking about so I could get past that part I was stuck on. The best customer service I've ever experienced.

It's the best/easiest I've found to integrate large catalogues with marketplaces like eBay and Amazon. Customer support is excellent too, with minimal wait times and help with things like formulas, customisation etc. Once you're set up, it works seamlessly.
