Selling on Amazon and eBay at scale is not easy, or at least it wasn’t until I found Codisto. Amazing software with really responsive, knowledgeable support. I’m really impressed and completely baffled by the bad reviews.
Great tool once you've had a bit of time to use as it can be a bit confusing to start but the Codisto team are always extremely quick to help with any queries, so you're never left stuck for long.

Codisto is great for sending automotive listings to eBay motors. Best tool for this I've found, reasonably priced, EXCELLENt support
We had a problem with synchronizing products and orders. The technical support was able to intercept our request and brilliantly solve the problem (caused by incorrect settings on amazon). Nice work, congratulations Jason great support!

We integrated Codisto Shopify for our ebay stores in December and it's still not working properly. Support provides contradicting information and doesn't seem to know their own platform. They are based in Malaysia - send over calendar links for calls- you set up a call and they don't show up as the slot they sent is 4/5am their time. I can't talk to how the actual connector works as we can't even get support to set it up properly.
They have great customer service! live support chat was fast! And the very helpful representative even fixed my problems for me and walked me through how to solve the problems I was having. I highly recomend this comapany for anyonw who is a beginner in web design/online marketing!
Ebay integration is buggy. Once you think it is working, inventory levels don't get updated for some reason as items sell. You find inventory quantity issues on your own but are left wondering what else isn't updating. Understaffed customer service. They need to be more responsive to sellers working with platforms like Amazon and Ebay which have little room for error for sellers.
Update: Now experiencing issues with Ebay integration and mapping. Chat hasn't solved the problem in over a week and can't seem to get in touch with a live person trained in their app.
