Merchants appreciate this app for its integration with various marketplaces, enabling management of listings, inventory, and orders in one place. They value the automatic syncing and customization of product details. However, some have faced issues with syncing, especially with eBay and Etsy, and problems with bulk editing. Extremely responsive group. I had some conversion issues that they handled in less than 30 minutes in this case. These people are on their game. Highly recommend!

Excellent, excellent app! There is a learning curve with all this Shopify, POD apps, Codisto and Amazon integration (took me 6 weeks to iron out all the quirks). But, now the Codisto Amazon integration is working so well! My products are on Amazon, and I can customize how I want them to appear using the Codisto grid. I have a GTIN exemption from my POD apps, and I do not need any UPC codes. There are a thousand columns in the Colisto grid (well, it feels like it...), but each column has its purpose, and I've found at least one crucial answer to a problem with a grid column. Support has been responsive. Do have patience and work through it -- the results will be worth it. Thank you Codisto people!

Great to hear you're having success and thank you for your comments. It's this type of considered review that can be really beneficial to others!

It can be challenging to 'fit' a merchant's bespoke web catalog into the rigid structure and data requirements of Amazon. As you point out there is a learning curve with all software but we have done our best to make listing on and managing Amazon as easy as possible. In fact, some merchants are using Codisto for Amazon via Shopify without ever publishing a webstore just to be be able to use our solution which speaks to the ease of use relative to using Amazon directly.

Unlike other Amazon apps, we support all Amazon fields, all categories and all country sites which is why there can be a lot of columns (Amazon fields) in the grid but many can be hidden if not used.

Au début l'utilisation a semblé bonne mais après quelques temps nous nous sommes aperçu qu'elle ne gérait pas les variations correctement, prix et stock non à jour. Après plusieurs semaines d'investigations, le problème n'a pas été géré. La facturation est également problèmatique car en cas de grosses elle monte vite et pas de rétrofacturation en cas de désinstallation.

I use this app to post products on Ebay and Amazon. Easy to use, great customer service, who assisted me with the initial set up.

Terrible app

Used this app to integrate items into walmart.
It's just horrible.

Constantly have to communicate with support, which does not help at all. For a month of communication nothing normal they could not advise.

The only thing that worked well was changing product names and tracking purchases, everything else is just a sham.

Product descriptions - does not work. Changed them 1000.
They are simply not loaded into walmart, this field just exists for beauty. Contacted support with this issue, about 100 emails. In 3 weeks - nothing has happened. Trying to deceive in correspondence and stall time, it is not clear why.

Inventory - is not exposed, this field is also created for beauty.

Disabling/enabling products - works once in a while. I disconnected all my products - it doesn't work.

When you communicate with support, they have to prove that the problem is on their side, they just ignore questions and proof that their application is to blame for errors and problems. Half of the questions are unreadable and support just answers with scripted phrases. They don't help, they just "open cases", feed promises, and at times try to make customers look like fools by attaching absolutely absurd proof that they have nothing to do with it.

And finally, for dessert, they recently had a price crash and all my goods became 2-3 times cheaper. Accordingly, anyone could buy my goods 2-3 times cheaper. The whole day I was in touch with support and they could not help me with anything. I heard only phrases, "yes, the problem is on our side, but we are doing our best to solve it". As far as I realized these problems were not only for me. Because of them I had to delete all the products, just not to lose money. And if I was not near a computer at that moment, it is not clear how much money I would have lost. I do not advise anyone to use this as an integration with walmart.

We push listings from Shopify to eBay and Codisto creates really nice listings on eBay. There are a lot of settings but support is excellent and was able to work through all issues. I do wish I could automate the processes rather than having to click through each time, but this is by far the best app for pushing listings over to eBay.
