Communication could be slightly faster, but overall still helpful. Program is more flexible and reliable than competitors but takes some time to learn. 5/5 would recommend.

BUGGY APP ...

Problems\/
- In "Manage Marketplace" cant Unlink or add ebay/amazon accounts as the SAVE button dont work !
- Cant update address or setting as the clicking the save button dont work.
on the plus side there are more options than the other marketplace apps.

Thanks for leaving a review. The problems you describe sound like a browser issue. Codisto works best with Google Chrome. Most functions are supported in Firefox and Safari although minor functionality can sometimes be missing with these browsers. We do not support Internet Explorer.

If you are experiencing any types of issues relating to button execution or on page rendering, we suggest switching to Google Chrome. Happy to explain why in more detail via support.

Great app. This is an honest review from a reputable brand and company. We struggled with product listings on Amazon, but this app made it much easier and smooth linking. We take customer service very seriously, so one thing that really stuck out to us was how good they were with helping. One week, we had an issue and the support team was super helpful despite our many questions. They even followed up once when we didn't reply to their email just to make sure we were ok. That is good service. They won't leave you hanging to dry. Good job guys!

Perfect, it's a good application to link your Shopify store with your Amazon accounts the support is very rapid around 5-10 min to reply and very helpful, they were abe to fix my problems

I am so loving this app, although it was difficult for me to use, I reached out and Jordan and Joy assisted me with my issues and resolved both issues with ease, care and concern. I have tried multiple apps trying to get my products onto Amazon and this is the first one that works and to see my first product listed on Amazon was a game changer, I can't wait to get my other items listed!!!!!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Their API feed DOES NOT work with Google Merchant Center, don't listen to their lies. Google confirms their feed does not send "Target Country" or "Destination" details, which are required by Google Merchant Center. Wasted many hours talking to useless customer service (Arlie and Chloe) who know nothing and don't read the actual support requests, they just lazily copy and paste "help" articles which are useless and don't address the actual issues. We set up the feed exactly as their support documents describe, but the feeds don't work. Can use any other API app and it works fine. USELESS APP - STAY AWAY
