I had a couple of problems with items in collections not showing up, contacted support and had it fixed right away. Excellent app.
They have overcharged me twice. Both times pretty much telling me to go to hell when I mentioned it. This last time was the worst. I finally decided I'm done with them. I uninstalled the app before the billing cycle. Checking with my billing and it did NOT show Codisto. Then I charged with Shopify and it does NOT show Codisto. Then they charge me anyways after I had deleted them and unsubscribed. I'm convinced they are a scam at this point. When I brought it to there attention they pretty much once again told me FU. Terrible service. Terrible people. THEY WILL CONTINUE TO CHARGE YOU AFTER YOU END SERVICE WITH THEM. BUYER BEWARE. Also, there eBay works OK but there Amazon is a show. Never could get it to work correctly and integrate. If you want to use them for eBay you'll be fine. Amazon? Forget about it. Do NOT use. Find someone else who cares about customers. EDIT: They refunded me after explaining everything. I will still keep my original message on there to explain my frustrations though.
The Shopify billing process has been misunderstood in this scenario and we would reserve the right to challenge any such communication in the manner suggested in this review.

Overall a decent app and an easier way to handle Ebay and Amazon products and orders vs Shopify's channel. What would make it closer to 5 stars is an option for individual product Price Control. We have some items that are our products and no other competitors, so control pricing from our store pricing is fine (and I LOVE that I can use a formula to adjust pricing from ours); yet other products have competition, so allowing Amazon's auto price control to keep the Buy Box is preferred. However, with the current setup, I can only turn price control on or off for the entire list of products.

the app has some restrictions with item specifics and compared to other optimisation software. however, the main issue i have had is, i recently had items listed on ebay but I wanted to modify the products in Shopify and add other variations. So i ended the eBay listings, made the modifications and tried to list the products again as new. however they don't list, they is some digital footprint that's blocking them from listing. i have modified hundreds of items so this is not just 1 or 2 products. After over 2 weeks of codisto looking into this, the resolution they have said, i need to change the spelling of the variation "Colour" so its spelt wrong and also change the SKU's (which is not an option as these control the stock levels from my suppliers)
This ridiculous fix has taken over 2 weeks, i generally get i message per day, and even if i reply immediately I generally don't get a response for 24 hours

I just started using this app and was extremely impressed with the platform and the intuitive way it interfaces with Ebay and Amazon. Also there is 24/7 live chat which is awesome. The customer service person on the live chat guided me with ease through the process of listing my products. I'm very enthusiastic about finally being able to list my products on Ebay and Amazon through LINQ! Highest recommendation!

I am a new comer to CODISTO, but have been an eBay seller since 2014. I have started to do my new business of Dropshipping from last year and I find CODISTO is excellent tool for my Shopify & eBay dropshipping sales although they have a minor issue. The issue will be fixed soonest they promised me. I recognized their CUSTOMER SERVICE is very "fast and excellent". Personally I recommend this company....(Jay from South Korea)
