Merchants appreciate this app for its integration with various marketplaces, enabling management of listings, inventory, and orders in one place. They value the automatic syncing and customization of product details. However, some have faced issues with syncing, especially with eBay and Etsy, and problems with bulk editing. There are also concerns about the app not adhering to inventory rules, causing overselling. Despite these, customer support is commended for their responsiveness and assistance. Some merchants find the app's documentation insufficient, making it challenging to understand its features.

App is terrible. Sync a marketplace, setup all the options and it diappears. While connected it did not sync a quarter of my listings. Not worth the time especially if you have a big catalog.
Adrian is a scholar. He did a fantastic job.

thank you Adrian
Great job from the support team to fix errors quickly
Hello, I am the owner of the GET EVERYTHING EASY Canada store, looking for many options to connect to platforms like Amazon and the rest, each of them became complicated for me until I used SHOPIFY MARKETPLACE with a practical system without inventory complications, when I had In some situations, the technical team responded in an incredible way, especially this person called LOVELY C, with amazing customer service! and a way of solving things with professionalism and at the same time with a charisma in the field without comparison!!! YOU ARE THE BEST LOVELY C!!!!

Jae was wonderful, she helped me resolve an issue i have been working on for 4 days. Sidney:)
Useless, unintuitive garbage. Don't waste your time. I've done exactly what I need to do in the past, which is nothing complex just an online store linked to ebay store, and I had to do it with Wordpress and Woocommerce with third party app which is miserable as well. I thought maybe shopify and marketplace connect would save me the trouble of custom coding but the user interface and workflow is unimaginably horrible so it's just me paying them to have a shitty backend. thanks for wasting my time. Ok, so here's my reply to their response: how the fuck can you send products to eBay when you don't even have fields for product dimensions, or even just girth? There is no feature within Shopify to integrate with eBay so you have to purchase a third party app which costs more money, and DOES NOT WORK without extensive tweaking and configuration nightmares. This is just my review of their system in regards to eBay. Every other aspect of this software is also flawed. All the plugins are not intuitive and all cost money, and many of the plugins simply do not work without a complete understanding of all the various online marketing sales channels.
Thank you for your feedback,
We understand you are trying to import ebay products into Shopify, sadly this is not what our app is designed to do.
We push your products from Shopify to ebay and it is very successful with thousands of merchants.
Within the app there are product dimension fields. Please reach out and allow us to show you.

The primary reason for apps like this were really to sync inventory with other platforms- which is great. I just wish they completely stayed away from title/description/images/media syncing until it had been market tested. This latter is so problematic on some platforms it's unusable because you can't disable this syncing with confidence. At times it over writes descriptions and titles on your other sales platforms at random leading to critical listing issues (particularly in Walmart). I spent an inordinate amount of time herding cats with constant corrections of a large catalogue. The time spent rebuilding was frankly too costly it would have been cheaper to subscribe to a proven alternative. The online support team were however incredibly responsive and helpful, but they aren't coders and can't fix these issues. If you have just a couple of listings and want a cheaper entry level, it will work fine. If you want reliable control of key listing attributes (Titles/Descriptions /Media), have a large catalogue, and want a seamless experience, then I would not recommend this app right now. Hopefully this software will get there soon, but it's not ready yet.
I hope to come back and post a review if things are improved.
