The app is a bit hard to navigate at once, but luckily the support team is extremely helpful and reacts quite fast. I've been in touch with Jason D, who solved my problems very professionally.
Absolutely brilliant support and excellent product. I was having some difficulties setting up my plugin and getting my listings uploaded to Amazon. The team behind Codisto did a wonderful job in setting up the plugin, configuring my listings and successfully listed in Amazon. Highly recommend this plugin for anyone looking for a seamless integration of their Shopify store with Amazon.

I am still on the free trial, setting everything up. The system is a bit of a learning curve but any system that is linking multiple sales channels is going to be a bit different to what you are used to. I had some questions for customer support (Romel) along the way and they were nothing short of superb! I feel that any issues or concerns can be worked through quickly and patiently with them, and so far the app as a whole does seem to be able to do what it says with synching etc working well, so all good here! I will continue settings things up and if it all functions as I want it then I will upgrade to the first tier plan to see how it goes. I definitely recommend giving it a shot if you are looking for eBay/Amazon/Google integration and synchronisation with your Shopify account.
Amazing service and support - fixed my issue in minutes. I am really please with this application - forced to move when Shopify dropped support for eBay and I should've moved sooner.

I'm new to this stuff and encountered problems however I went on the Live Chat and had such an amazing experience. Such good customer service and resolved all my problems and provided extra tips to help me on my journey. Top Knotch, thankyou Ediline.
I just got started using this app to list our items on eBay. I had an issue with listing on eBay and the live chat rep was able to quickly help. So far I've not run into any other issues.

I tried this App and did find it useful. Although I then found out about the 1.9% transaction fee on top of the monthly fee for the Flexi. Deleted immediately!
We thank you for commenting that you found the app useful. But we are confused by your comments on pricing. Our pricing is very transparent - there is a 1.9% transaction fee on the Flexi plan only (all our other plans are fixed prices). This is stated on our website, in the app store listing, and on the plan selection page in the app itself so we are unsure why you were surprised by this and point out you were able to change to a fixed priced plan if that was cheaper for you at any time.
