Codisto used to be great. Since the upgrade to Shopify Marketplace we got several issues. One ticket/problem has not been solved for over 2 months right now although it is quite simple. The app ignores capital letters and word separation for custom entries. Unfortunately the support team does not have a solution for this. We really lost patience and trust.

DO NOT CONNECT TO YOUR ETSY SHOP! This app deleted (Not deactivated, not set to draft, deleted) several listings that were also my best sellers! I have spent many hours trying to sort it out. Short of a miracle from Shopify support, this will likely cost me thousands of dollars in lost revenue right as Q4 begins, possibly more. The Etsy marketplace ranking for these listings cannot be regained by simply creating another listing.
I wish I read the reviews first and saw the same has happened to other Etsy sellers. Learn from my mistake: DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP AND SYNC YOUR ETSY SHOP!

I am quite inept when it comes to anything with a computer. I needed to verify that my Shopify store and Amazon store were in sync. I usually LOATHE live chats...but on this particular occasion,. Jason D was a pleasant surprise. He was polite, direct and efficient and I had my answer in 10 min. It probably would have been closer to 3 minutes if I were as efficient on getting him the answers he needed!
Ediline was great! Support is always very helpful. Highly recommend the service when linking ebay to Shopify stores.

I like using the Shopify Marketplace Connect app however when I have variants in 1 product listing, the Marketplace Connect app combines the quantities for each variant instead of separately in my Amazon and Walmart store.
Ex.
Shopify Store- Shirt
1 Small
2 Medium
0 Large
2 XLarge
but my Amazon/Walmart store will show a combined total of 5 instead of their respective quantity amount like below
5 Small
5 Medium
5 Large
5 XLarge
So then a customer will buy a Large even though my inventory is 0. This needs to be resolved immediately.

Great app. I ran into some issues listing new products on Amazon, but the chat support team was actually helpful and quick to resolve my problem. Highly recommended.

Great product with Excellent support. I connected the app, went on the chat and quickly got Russ who was amazing and very helpful. Got our ebay store connected within minutes.
