Mark was brilliant today, we could not link my Etsy product inventory with Shopify and he was super quick and confident in fixing this for us!

Seems to work okay for Amazon but it was terrible for Etsy. The attributes were not synced to Etsy and actually overwrote the information in my listings with incorrect details.
The integration with Etsy overall seems very buggy. I kept getting error messages, e.g. because in the app I could enter any value but Etsy only accepted values from a dropdown menu.. This menu should be visible on the app!!!
I leave two stars because Amazon worked okay (although I only used the offer sync -not the product details) and the customer service was available and at least trying to help.
Really great and fast customer support. Highly recommend! Looking forward to opening even more marketplaces as it's now possible to connect them.
The app works very bad on amazon seller account, service havent solved the problems sync amazon orders. Bad experience and after 1 month I canceled the app.

I find the app difficult to use but support is stellar, they help you decipher everything patiently and get it running.
I had hit a snag and Mark L. was very very helpful! Fast replies, easy to understand instructions and straight to the point. Awesome service!
Been using this for a few weeks. This is an extremely frustrating app to use. Horrible interface. Everything is messed up. Maybe it is because I have 3 to 4 thousand SKUs but this app is a brick. Nothing transfers properly. Too many mistakes. Doesn't flow properly. So far pretty bad experience. Maybe needs a few months. But this is a terrible waste of time. Pricing is messed up on walmart site. Products supposed to go for 7.99$ are being sold in 10 packs for 7.99$ Should be 79.99$???

Keep getting orders through walmart, and the problem keeps compounding.
Walmart is taking a SKU for a single item and putting it to a listing of 10 packs. Customer only paying for a single item. Nobody is able to help.

I had a few issues with my listings and Chloe was super helpful and responsive to get things up and running quickly!
