it asked me to update the App and when I clicked update it uninstalled its self now it won't work. I need assistance.

The app does not work. The customer service is not really any better either. The response I got was that it was a browser and/or internet issue. When I pressed further I was told it needed to be escalated. Don't waste your time on this app.

I was finally able to get the app working after I selected to add additional market places. I thought I was in the clear - instead I was met with the most unfriendly and unusable interface I've ever encountered with an app. Honestly navigating and utilizing the listing feature was more painful than getting the app to initially work. For shopify listed as the developer on this app is disappointing and honestly - they should be embarrassed to publish something this dreadful!
This will soon be my go-to place for my store, and eBay listings. Fantastic support too!

Nach anfängliche Schwierigkeiten bei den Einstellungen, musste ich mich an den Support wenden.
Auf die Chatanfrage wurde innerhalb von weniger als 1 Minute regiert und die Auskunft war TOP.
Ich erhielt genaue Angaben, auch mit Bildern und konnte die Einstellungen schnell abschließen.
