Great support and very quick response from Codisto customer support specialist who was able to help us identify an issue on our account and provide an affective solution.
This is the best app so far we've used in our dropshipping store. Easy to link all your product to Amazon, E-bay, etc. The support is superb. Shout out to Jason D. This app definitely makes it easier to integrate with Amazon, Walmart and eBay! They are very responsive to whenever I have an issue, they respond quickly.
I used this app to both link existing products on Amazon store to my Shopify store, as well as to push listings from my Shopify store to Amazon. Both worked as intended - but the real golden star goes to their support team. They digitally held my hand through the process, walked me through step by step, explained the how and the why. Great service. They were also available when I needed them - no long wait time or responses days later. I was able to trouble-shoot same day which, with an e-commerce store you know how important that is. The reason we chose Codisto was to sync inventory as well as automate order processing through our Shopify store to our 3PL. Highly recommend. 1000000 stars
