Merchants appreciate this app for its integration with various marketplaces, enabling management of listings, inventory, and orders in one place. Have patience to learn the app and ask questions. Their support is the real deal and answer tickets and chats faster than any software application we have used in the past. We are really excited to continue using this app and growing with it!

It is not user friendly. I have been getting help from staff at Shopify Marketplace, but we can't fix the problems.

Be careful, this app doesn’t restock items after order cancellation. With each cancellation, you’ll accumulate physical stock that won’t be reflected on the website. We are increasingly considering making something else the primary source of inventory instead of Shopify, as it has too many inconveniences.

Our app is designed this way, if an order has been sent to Shopify and is canceled on the marketplace, the corresponding order in Shopify is also canceled.

However inventory levels remain unaffected. The cancellation does not result in the product being restocked. This behavior is deliberate considering the possible reasons for cancellation, (for example, unable to fulfil due to damaged or missing stock).

The reason is not provided to us from the marketplace. If Shopify Marketplace was to restock the product, that risks overselling an item that is potentially unavailable.

This app has enabled us to list at scale on eBay which we simply wouldn't be able to do otherwise. There's no magic bullet, you still have to populate some data elements for the listings from within Marketplace Connect, but it's so much more manageable when changes are synced across to eBay. A major bonus for when there are problems is the dedicated, knowledgeable support team within Shopify, with their own ticket system so you can contact them directly. For example when I recently had trouble working out some mappings, Mark L. saw the issue through to resolution and even fixed a related problem at the same time. Great work, thank you.
