Once you go through the initial set up process the system is easy to use and does everything we need it to. Support is quick and very helpful.
I have been using Codisto for over a year now. The app saves so much time listing and processing orders on Amazon & eBay. It works very smoothly. Anytime I run into an issue, it's mostly due to my inexperience, but the Codisto staff quickly rectify the issue. They walk you thru it step by step, including screenshots, to make it so easy to not only fix the issue, but you learn along the way. Virtually idiot-proof. I have used other apps that sync with online stores and got rid of them. Codisto is by far superior. Highly recommended!
Support was kind and easy to work with. They quickly found the solution I needed and I was able to resume normal operations quickly and efficiently

Really impressed with Codisto. I had an issue listing some new products and contacted support by live chat. Amazon themselves recommended this App to sync Shopify with Amazon. Very simple interface. Could do with some performance improvements but I'm sure that'll get improved overtime so I'm overall extremely happy.
I am new to Codisto and had some issues. The chat was easy and I got help quickly. Also, the tech understood my "newness" and made me feel comfortable to continue to ask for help as needed until I am proficient in using the system.
