It's a shock how good this app is for any online business integration. It easily consolidates all main platforms within one dashboard on Shopify.
Increased production while freeing up time, absolutely mind blowing.
There is a bit of a learning curve with item mapping for different platforms but once you got that your flying.

First off the customer service is top notch. While I was learning how to use this app they have been nothing but helpful and patient with answering my questions. I also mistakenly caused an issue with my ebay template. Chloe took the time along with Ediline to figure it out and correct my issue. A+ all the way support. I also tried a few other inventory management apps and chose Marketplace Connect as being better than the rest for my store. It's been the solution i needed all along and look forward to the growth of my store because of it. Thank you!
Customer service to help you through is a top priority. With links, walkthroughs, and simple advice from Joshua R we had my store up and rolling in no time. Finding errors and fixing them was a breeze with help. Thanks for this customer service extension and fast answers.
They were asking me to fill out a form to put my Brand name in so box, which I never found the form after pasting the link. It went to something entirely different, something about an account health check. Then they wanted me to take pictures of the product, which it couldn't be with my phone. Well I don't have a camera and I'm certainly not hiring a photographer. Then the product had to have my brand name on it. I have overv130 products, some have the brand name on it and some don't. Then they wanted pictures of the packaging. I use Uline boxes that I ship with and those boxes with delivery are not cheap. I don't have my own packaging. And there are other things they asked for as well that was just to far fetched. No thank you. I am not jumping through all these hoops .
I agree with Throttle Designs (Jul 10,2025). I was only trying to list 2 products and support just couldn't help me. The error messages sentences ran together, which was very difficult to read. And it talked about my products should be the same that's in Amazon's catalog. Well, if I can't see what's in Amazon's catalog how can I know what to put in my listings? Duh.. The was the most horrible experience I've ever had. I tried for 5 days to list 2 products. Just terrible. Who needs the stress? I don't.

Excellent Support and Efficient Service
The team at Shopify Marketplace Connect is incredibly responsive and efficient. They replied to my questions quickly, handled everything with professionalism, and were always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this app to anyone looking for a reliable marketplace integration solution!
I would consider myself a heavy user, this app in the beginning really shot me to a new level in revenue. However, with recent Amazon API changes, nothing seems to work and support (while kind of helpful) can't seem to fix the issue. I haven't been able to successfully list a product in months. Images seem to break, errors left and right that nobody seem to know how to fix. I hate to write a bad review from these guys because of how good things once were but as of recently, I can't recommend this to anyone who relies on Amazon. eBay and Etsy tend to post product just fine

You are correct; there have been significant changes to the Amazon API, which have led to some challenging technical issues.
Most of these issues have now been resolved, while others are still being addressed.

This is our first time managing a marketplace through Shopify. We ultimately decided on this app after comparing multiple marketplace management apps. As a first time user, I had many questions. Customer support was very supportive, patient, and helpful. Thanks Dale!
I had an issue with pricing as I wanted different pricing on eBay to Shopify. The issue is that eBay would show the same price as Shopify. There are a few settings that need changing for this to work, but Mike was onto it straight away, and we were sorted.
I find this app to be more and more difficult to use. The settings for Amazon and Walmart are different (and probably other channels too), confusing interface and support takes all day to respond, and much of the time they are not helpful in solving issues.
If you just need a cheap way to sync inventory and download orders from your Amazon store, then this can be it. Otherwise it's a no go for me.
So far so good. I had a few teething problems inititially and kept getting an error with pricing that Support helped me with quickly.
I do wish I could hide a few more of the irrelevant columns but that's really a minor detail of convenience.
