very good app which automate everything and it is free! and you can increase the number of active customers if you do the suggested options.
We have been using this app for a few months to manage our rewards program and send out emails for abandoned carts and lapsed customers. So far it has worked really well. The emails looks great as you can edit them to look and say what you want.
Jason at Collect has been so helpful in setting up my rewards program, and working with me to ensure that we get the best look, the best results, and the ease of use that we require.
Everything has been easy, and nothing has been too much trouble, Jason and the team have been able to not only supply me with what I need for by business, but go the extra mile to exceed any expectations, and create a far better loyalty program than I could have imagined possible.

This is the third loyalty app we've installed and, so far at least, the best. It was easy to set up and our customers haven't had any issues with redeeming rewards. Excellent app, particularly at the price point.
A good app with awesome customer support. I encountered some problems with duplicate accounts being made and support was kind enough to quickly assist me and sort out the problem.
Tried most of the available programs and this gives the best value in my mind. We introduced it 8 months ago and its been great and they continue to improve.
First class support and more options on their free package, than any other app that I tested.

Kann diese App nur weiterempfehlen. Leichte Installation und schönes Design. Bei dieser App ist eigentlich schon alles vorgegeben und man braucht keine grossen Veränderungen vornehmen, alles vollautomatisiert! Habe schon viele Kunden zurückgewonnen und neue Kunden durch die Treuepunkte behalten.
