MESA is the only reasonably priced integration and automation platform I've been able to find and this is NOT a "you get what you pay for" situation. Customer service is responsive and knowledgeable, and the majority of my issues have been resolved same day. A healthy amount of updates have been added since we have been a customer. We recently upgraded to the unlimited tier and are excited to take advantage of those additional features.
I'd like to see support hours expand to include regular Eastern Time working hours, but this has been only a slight inconvenience.

After downloading the Mesa app, Jordin stayed online with me until everything was set up exactly the way I wanted. He even stayed over an hour past closing time to make sure everything was working perfectly.
I really appreciate the time, patience, and effort he put into helping me. It's rare to receive customer service like this these days. Jordin went above and beyond, and I couldn't be happier with the support I received.

This automation saved hours of data entry work!!! The setup was a bit confusing for me even using the ai assistant BUT Abby S. from MESA jumped on the chat and saved the day! Amazing support and customer service. I was ready to give up and now I am never leaving! Thanks MESA and Abby!

Onboarding with this app has been a breeze. In this day of bots and AI, I worked with real people, on the phone with me. They checked in with me to be sure everything's running as it should. I have no qualms about reaching out if I need an adjustment. Or if I wanted to expand my use of the app. Highly recommend.

Mesa has become the hub for all things automation in our Shopify store. We have been able to utilize Mesa to connect, automate and transform many of our previously manual operations. I've used it for a previous project a while ago and coming back to it for yet another product has proven to amazing. The updates made are astronomical.
There was a learning curve but support has been excellent (via chat/email) and once the basics 'click' you'll be creating workflows like a champ.
