We purchased this app to bridge the gap between our small Shopify store and our large (traditionally B2B) Salesforce instance with the goal of making the store revenue visible in Salesforce for leadership without having the manually retrieve a report for them. We had a PHENOMENAL experience with the assistance of Matt, who tirelessly helped us adjust several of the Mesa templates to meet our needs. The only suggestion I would have would be to make the Shopify to Salesforce templates a little more "out-of-the-box". As an example, when adding Product and Pricebook entries, you would typically need to create at least two price book entries (Standard Price, then whichever additional entries were needed). We ended up just needing to add an additional price book entry creation step to achieve this. Highly recommend!
We've only started using MESA, and learning a new app, especially one with so much functionality, can be a daunting experience. However, the folks at MESA are EXTREMELY helpful. They do not leave your side while you are setting up your workflows. There is a reason for so many 5 star reviews. *********************************
After using Mesa, Mesa Forms, and Infinite Options for a while now, I can say the team there still earns 5 stars with their customer service and troubleshooting a customization we asked for. They kept in touch at all junctures, gave timely updates when they said they would, and gave us high quality results as you would expect from a professional company. The Mesa team and products are a very solid choice for some fairly complex functionality you can add to your site.
The app is great to automate Shopify and Google sheets. Special thanks to Matt who really helped me a lot getting the best out of this app! :)
I feel like MESA has committed FRAUD and THEFT with my account. I just found that MESA was overbilling me BEYOND their $29.95 monthly fee under Shopify's name. I was paying for MESA's $29.99 monthly plan, and I didn't have more than 800 emails sent ALL YEAR via MESA, yet MESA billed me HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS beyond their $29.99 monthly fee under "shopify" on my banking statement. I thought those were merchant fees, but now I know MESA was charging astronomical and probably illegal fees under shopify's name. Additionally, MESA is trying to claim I registered under a different fee schedule less than a year ago, than what MESA has advertised now. I have repeatedly asked MESA to show me the fee schedule I supposedly registered under and MESA will not provide this despite multiple requests for it. I programmed a single email to be sent to select product orders with MESA. We probably had less than 800 emails sent with MESA, and now MESA is trying to claim they sent over 55,000 emails when we barely had 3,000 total orders for the year. MESA can't account for their mathematical impossibility. Emailing back and forth with Annette at MESA doesn't work - she ignores math and keeps changing her terminology between calling the service triggers, automations, counts - this all feels like ONE BIG FRAUD! I have the emails and MESA's false report showing #s that don't exist when compared to the #s that were processed on shopify!

This app solves our exact need- proactively notifying customers about shipping delays & performing shipping charge refunds when necessary. Moreover, can't say enough great things about team mesa/shoppad! They respond often within the hour and take real time to explain the ins and outs. Never worked with a better support team! 6 stars
