Mesa is an incredible tool for automating various workflows and streamlining your business. I had a complex use case that needed a high level of customization and Mandy + the engineering team did an exceptional job assisting to find a working solution. And this isn't the first time they've come to the rescue. This is an exceptional app with a stellar customer support team. Keep it up Mesa team - and please continue to expand your workflow templates for common use cases!

I have to admit, Mesa exceeded our expectations. In the masses of really useless apps with horrible support in the Shopify App-Store, this one here along with it's Team really stands out. The triggers are not that easy to setup for a beginner, but the Team is very quick to react and does the job for you, as long as you describe properly what you need. This is 5-Stars in all aspects!

We purchased this app to bridge the gap between our small Shopify store and our large (traditionally B2B) Salesforce instance with the goal of making the store revenue visible in Salesforce for leadership without having the manually retrieve a report for them. We had a PHENOMENAL experience with the assistance of Matt, who tirelessly helped us adjust several of the Mesa templates to meet our needs. The only suggestion I would have would be to make the Shopify to Salesforce templates a little more "out-of-the-box". As an example, when adding Product and Pricebook entries, you would typically need to create at least two price book entries (Standard Price, then whichever additional entries were needed). We ended up just needing to add an additional price book entry creation step to achieve this. Highly recommend!

This is the app I’ve been dreaming of for my store! I had to reach out a few times during initial set up and customer service is top notch! All of my questions were not only answered quickly but all were followed up on as well to make sure operation was smooth. I highly recommend!

I was using another app from ShopPad for free with tremendous service (on a free app), and I received an email from them about MESA, which is something that my business needs. We needed to be able to send customers a unique email after their product purchase for each individual product - but shopify only allows us to send one generic email with all products. Enter MESA. Mesa is allowing us to generate specific product emails with individual products for our customers at outstanding prices. AMAZING. Love this product and LOVE SHOPPAD! Thank you guys - GREAT SERVICE 5 STARS!!!

Amazing app, but if you're lucky to get Matt helping you he's the best developer/customer service I've had in 4 years of shopify, seriously amazing - and really cares as well as his expertise.
