Installed app and this did not work (Yuva theme). The field simply resumed blank on the product page after setting items to display. Contacted support for help. Didn’t know what the issue was (even after gaining access to my store) and escalated to developers who after 24 hours still had no response.
Asked the support some basic questions about what I wanted the app to achieve and he did not know the answers. This surprised me - how can they not know what the app does? 24 hours later I re-contacted support and they said they has no reference of my call. App is now being uninstalled after 1 day as this is ridiculous.
We received an email from HulkApps informing us that there was a critical issue with Metafields and that they lost 689 of our media files and are unable to recover them. Their only solution is to offer us a $30 credit and a discount on their products. Absolutely unacceptable.
Great App, easy to use. The support was also fantastic on the occasions I needed help. I would highly recommend this App.

This the worst app ever. The export feature doesn't work and generally really awkward and long-winded to use. If anyone has an alternative please say!

Definitely a bit harsh there. To be called the worst app EVER is certainly not cool or accurate. If the export feature doesn't work, please contact our support. Our app is built on top of SHOPIFY metafields and there could be other issues such as the Shopify API being inaccessible and other reasons.
You don't need to use our app but would appreciate that you update your review to be more accurate. Bugs happen even with the top of apps and big guys like Google and Facebook. If it was a bug, I'm sure our team is on top of it. If it was related to other external errors, we are always happy to look at it and explain it.
But please think of the words you use and hope you'll realize the the worst app EVER is certainly not accurate.

we use the app for our product metafields. We have about 20 metafields per product and we have thousands of products. Being able to import/export is great.

This app is fantastic. It's hooked in with my store now so I can easily update fields across multiple pages by just updating one label on the app. Very very reliable!

Used to create custom text metadata for collections and it is perfect!!
To show the info stored at metadatas you have to edit some theme liquid files.
I recommend it 100%.
