Customer service is really good. CS was able to provide a solution very quickly. The app is very good too. not so hard to be familiar with. All in all its 10/10 for me. Good job!

Definitely saw improvements with conversion rates right away! And really easy to set up upsell and gifting campaigns that are have a way better UX for conversion than standard shopify BOGO discounts.
After downloading Monster -Cart Upsell Drawer I had issues applying the app to my current theme. TL;DR: Great customer service. Upsell Rate in Cart is between 15%-17%. This app is an absolute game changer. Not only in terms of design and functionality - much more so from the customer support side. No matter what problem I had, I was always helped in maximum 2 days. Even if I had a problem on a Sunday (!), I was contacted within an hour. The app works flawlessly, and was minimally customized according to my wishes. My upsell rate (in cart) is about 15% which is almost twice as high as comparable apps. I can recommend this app without reservation and thank Raneen and Charlene warmly at this point for their constant support.
