She helped me a lot to solve my problem and I have to say I even asked her if I could get her number so that I could contact support at any time, or rather, to be able to use YOUR support, because it was just perfect! She wrote to me at a time when I had tried everything and almost thought it was no longer possible, but then Charlene came and clarified everything briefly, she is very cheerful as I can see from our conversation. I think she is a good member maybe even the best! You should promote her ha ha. Charlene keep it up HURRA! I installed the app recently and got a good impression right away thanks to Charlene I think if the support wasn't as polite and nice as Charlene was I wouldn't be as good at communicating with this app! But as it happened, I intend to continue using this app!

I love using this app. The team is super helpful and always ready to help. Even the founder hops on and you can chat with him.. Crazy! This app has also increased my profit and AOV by a lot. The interface is so easy to use and everything is free to use, which shocked me! I highly recommend!

I love that support is very customer oriented and patient. It’s very easy to install and use. I hope that in the future it will have more options for buy more to accept different products from other categories and not force the customer to buy the same thing and also the option to add more than 2 products on specific products when doing the unlocking option. I love the colour customization too.
