This application is very straightforward and easy to use especially with the help of their fast and knowledgeable support. Mabel has helped me so much and answer to all my queries with patience and clarify with me on any doubts that i have. She have make it a seamless experience for me. Would definitely recommend anyone to use the app for Live chat.

I am fairly new and have launched the app, turned off the app made changes and relaunched the app several times, so easy and convenient. At one point I was a little stuck, the contact for this app is right in my Shopify admin, sooooooo easy. Love this app. I cant wait to get to know it even better during use

I LOVE THIS APP!!! The FAQ builder is easy to use and looks 100X better than what I was using before. I was able to import my FAQ's with minor adjustments so switching over was fairly quick and easy. So far I am liking the chatbot- looks nice, easy to set up. and I look forward to digging in more to see how it can best work for my use. I should mention customer service is 10/10 which is a HUGE deal for me.

I've only been using this app for a few days, but I must say: it's very powerful. The ease of setup, flexibility and, most importantly, the customer facing side is incredibly helpful. I have been using another bot for about 3 years and was happy with it, but wanted something native to shopify. I was nervous to switch, but couldn't be happier so far. On top of that, if you need help or have an issue...the chat support is NEXT LEVEL elite. Quick, thorough, open to suggestions and they will help get anything done you need.
