It’s a great app. I do wish there were more customization options available on the free plan, but I’m still happy with what’s included. It’s really valuable for small shops, even with current limitations. I plan to upgrade to the paid plan once my order volume increases significantly.
Kelly was very helpful in resolving an issue where the bot wasn’t recognizing my product information when customers asked questions.

Ame was great, had an issue I could not resolve even with custom css. She took care of it and got it resolved promptly. This app rocks right after install I already got a customer reaching out. Love it, clean simple fast!

Great app. I was able to train the bot with 120 common questions that answer probably 95% of my customers questions.
