The support team has been excellent, even though we're on different continents they have been quick to answer my questions which went beyond their robust FAQ and help videos. Set up has been very intuitive.

The App is great and the customer service is out of this world. I have never seen such resposiveness and willingness to help. I have only just started using the Helpdesk so we've still a few things to setup, but so far it's been a perfect experience. The customer service is exceptional, really attentive and quick. You can tell that the app still needs some tweaking so we can customise certain things, but as an out of the box help centre, it's brilliant.
