We use this app to allow customers create custom signs that we printed and fabricate. After working with a lot of different customization apps, this is by far the best looking. Now, it doesn't do exactly what I need it to do, but there are enough features to let me create work arounds and still create a great experience for our customers. I give it 4 stars due to some of the things that it is lacking and some rough backend UI/UX, but the Kickflip teams seems like they are eager to grow and develop this app and I am excited to work with them in the future to create a great product! They customer support is second to none and that is super reassuring when working through any struggles.

I want to love this app but it's missing so much functionality that I can't use it. Since it replaces the product page, there's no place for a description, I can't customize the template to include important info or complementary products. There is nowhere to display reviews on the product page, etc. If this could be embedded in the product page or a pop up that opens when the customer clicks a "customize this" button it would be pretty brilliant.

You can indeed add a 'Customize' button to your product page allowing you to retain essential elements such as reviews, product description, product image, and more. Great app, works awesome but unfortunately our product was in the restricted product policies of the app so we need to find an alternative to it.

Great company, great app. You can feel the modern development. That’s both good and bad. You can feel that it’s very modern in terms of usage: very simple, effective, clean etc. The simpleness is so important for customers to order in a quick time, because customizing is a little bit of effort the customer has to put in On the other hand you can feel it’s new, causing some things to not work a hundred percent properly. The support has been great, they don’t respond very quick, but the responses are always helpful, informative and respectful. This company has a lot of potential for the future. I really hope they evolve properly and keep investing in their development. One downside is that you pay a percentage per sale. This will make it less attractive for bigger company and also for your company if you grow along the way. Keep going

Was going to hire a developer for our site for a custom developed customizer but thought would try out the Shopify App Store first. Installed the top 6 apps in this customizer area and pretty much immediately uninstalled them all apart from this one! The user interface is easy, the logic rules and the support is insane! Was on a call with Jackie within 2 hours and she gave me a walkthrough and extra advice. I’m sure this app will have 1000’s of reviews over the next few years and be the leader in this space. I also run a Shopify design agency with over 200+ clients a month and will be recommending this app to all clients. Great job guys!!

I want to love this app but I've run into little issues that take away from the overall experience. The UI is beautiful and we have been able to mostly get what we needed out of it. The pricing changed on us in the middle of our trial period and we were forced to pay a much higher price than anticipated to not have their logo on our website. The customer service has been mostly responsive but not always available. We've run into issues where it defaults to full page and we have had to manually code it to show our store logo etc. The user article related to this topic was out of date and not helpful. We now have a new issue where after having everything up and running and we were at a point where we thought we were finished with the implementation, customers have reported that the add to cart button hasn't been working. We tested and confirmed this issue - there is no reason why the add to cart button should have stopped working as we hadn't made any changes. This is very frustrating as we now have lost revenue, wasted ad spend and poor customer experience. This app seems to be in its early stages and I'm sure most of these issues will be fixed in 6 months, but I hate to pay all this money to function as a beta tester.
update 6/27/23
After several weeks of customers saying they aren't able to checkout on our site, I discovered the app interfering with the checkout button on the website. Remove the app's code from my checkout page and the app started working again. Lost weeks of sales because of this app. Unfortunately I've deleted it as I just can't trust it.

We also empathize with your difficulties regarding the customizer integration with your store. As mentioned in our help article, the code snippets we provide might be slightly different from the code from your Shopify theme. Since there are thousands of different themes out there, we unfortunately can't write documentation that covers them all.

The support team is never online in the Pacific time zone. Whenever you ask something the bot says we'll contact you tomorrow. Canada'a tomorrow is New Zealand's night so I will never be able to get live support.
1- If you can't support it globally then just sell it in Canada.
2- You can turn off your online support when it's night in Canada.
