ONE has a very good support team. I interacted with Lou to set up my popup and my newsletter and she was amazing. She went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my inquiries. Thank you so much Lou!! You Rock!!
ONE is a complete marketing app platform for Shopify and even other Ecommerce platforms. We just join ONE for 2 days and created some emails & popups for testing, simple and easy to use (especially the customer support is super, 24 hours all human, and very acknowledgeable), and will continue to experience other features. For now, it's all FREE, and hope the company will come up with a reasonable price plan so all SMBs can benefit.
