I've had a mixed but generally positive experience with KakaClo. The selection from the US warehouse hasn't been as extensive as I hoped, leading to some limitations in my inventory choices. Yet, the dynamic updates from the Chinese warehouse more than make up for it, offering a diverse range of styles that keeps my store on-trend. Additionally, the shipping times from China have been impressively quick, which has helped maintain customer satisfaction. While there's room for improvement, KakaClo has overall been a valuable partner for my business.

It’s hard to find what I need on KakaClo because things aren’t sorted well and I get lots of stuff I don’t want. But, checking out their New Arrivals makes things easier. It’s updated a lot and saves me time.

KakaClo is a Great app, It's very easy to use, transfers all of the Product information with images to your Store. They respond promptly with a solution Whenever you had a problem. For this reason I could not give them anything less than 5 stars!!

I haven't had time to really use the app yet, just setting everything up, but I can say I reached out to customer service through the chat and the representative that answered was awesome. She answered every question and was very patient with me even though I had plenty questions, lol. I think she went over and beyond she duties.
