The staff here are brilliant. I highly recommend. Did Google Meet and Screen Share and then let them work their magic.

Just what I was looking for. I had some changes I wanted to make that were too complicated for me to do so had a zoom call, shared my screen and they sorted all the changes to suit me within a few minutes. Excellent customer service.

The team has been super helpful in assisting us in setting up delivery& pickup on our store due to our complicated delivery settings. We're live with the app for almost a week now, so far so good. Happy with how its working out so far! Try it out and get in touch with them via zoom to get help, their support have been quite impressive!

Update: Aug 2023 - have been using the app since Apr 2021. Support had been great and have helped in minor adjustments as and when required. Much appreciate the support!

This app did exactly what we wanted for our customized local delivery and pickup options for our flower shop. I had two Zoom meetings and the technician, Sree, who helped me was professional, courteous and so helpful. He efficiently customized the app exactly as we needed it and made excellent suggestions to make our ideas work. He knows the program/software inside and out! He deserves a raise and should be well paid. I would definitely recommend this app for local delivery customization within Shopify.
