Order Merger Edit Merge Orders

We have been desperate for an app to alleviate the manual, time consuming, error prone, pressure of merging orders. We looked at other apps, but they didn't fit at all with our method of operating. We are so relieved to have found this application, and had the pleasure of dealing with Tom of Triom, whom made various amazing changes to the processes for us to suit our needs. We have saved time, reduced our staff labour cost, simplified our internal processed, reduced printing costs, automated Customer messages, and subsequently improved our Customer experience. We highly recommend this app. It's been a highly significant improvement for our unique and growing business.

Easily the best order merging app that I've used. I have been using TrioM for a few years now and it has saved me hundred of hours of manual work. The app itself is simple, smart, and does exactly what it promises. Being able to merge orders easily solves something Shopify doesn’t handle very well on its own. The free plan works perfectly for a small store like ours, and it feels flexible rather than limiting.
