Thanks for the feedback, however we are a little surprised by this review. The pricing for the app is clearly shown in the "Pricing" section of the Shopify App Store listing.
The app is free to install and try for as long as you like, and once happy with your created design, you can choose to buy the template for a one-time payment.
We suggest reading the "Pricing" section before installing apps in the future :)

I have this app for both my shops and the app is the greatest there is for templates.
But even more awsome than the app itself is the support!
I needed to add something manually to my code and wasn't able to do so.
I had help within minutes and only had to approve the changes made by the lovely support team employee.

absolutely fantastic customer service! the best so far, I had an issue with my text alignment that needed further code knowledge, but the team helped me to completely RTL the invoice and was patient with every detail I requested.
