Only shows up to 10 orders to print packling slips for. Please fix this!

This app break down constantly. Shopify need to develop their own invoicing app its really poor. Please

Used to really like this app as it allows us to create very professional looking packing slips and personalized note. But suddenly none of the styles are working properly, rendering all our printed material awful! Could you please fix this ASAP or let me know what needs to be updated to have this work again??

App stopped working with Safari. Please resolve ASAP as I'm no longer able to print invoices and despatch products.

After nearly 2 years app now fails to print and has actually affected a new Dell laptop which makes it unable to send print data to any printer. Worked fine for 2 years until going a bit haywire over a month ago which seems to have resulted in a hardware issue for an expensive computer. After trying to use another laptop to print it appears to have also affected that computer so that I can no longer print anything from the internet.

Completely useless. Shopify doesn't have any way to print an invoice, so they created this app. However, if you try to print an invoice it only includes very basic information. It doesn't include any payment information and so you can't send a "paid" invoice to a customer.

In addition, you can't send an invoice to a customer from an order, you have to print it to PDF and then email it to the customer. You can't even use the Shopify email app for this because they don't allow attachments.

I realize that Shopify was intended for sales to consumers - but many of us ship products to businesses and they generally require proper invoices.

Why this is still not part of Shopify's most basic functionality is baffling to me - and apparently to hundreds of other merchants by the sheer number of one-star reviews.

The app was working good, until now. Please fix it fast! Thank you!

ZERO star if I could. Not sure why I have to download an app to print orders anyway to make matters worst the frigging app doesn't even load. I got it about a year ago and it worked for a time but for the last 10months or so, it just won't load. I have uninstalled several times. Such a waste of time!

Order Printer is not working well since the update of version of Shopify POS app. The invoice is printed out with the word "print" on it and the font size is not appropriate on A4 paper.

All these experience prove Shopify is not managing its business well. What a pity. To be fair, some staff in Shopify are quite polite and helpful. That's all.
