I CANNOT GET THE APP TO OPEN. I HAVE REMOVED AND ADDED 4 TIMES AND I JUST GET THE SAME ERROR MESSAGE. I HAVE SENT SEVERAL MESSAGES ASKING FOR HELP AND THERE IS NO RESPONSE.

Doesn't work on multiple orders, when I try it sends me to a page to install the app again? When I enter my domain I get sent to a page where I can't download my orders

App has worked great for a year, now all of a sudden it just doesn't open at all. Cant print any of my orders. ??? Help? Cant even open the app to get to the help line or page
Refuses to load on Safari 12 (macOS High Sierra, assume this is also true under Mojave) unless you clear your cache for your store's *.myshopify.com url after each time you use the app. A huge pain as you then have to re-login to your store's admin. Reached out to Shopify a few weeks back about this issue to see when a fix would be available, received an unhelpful reply to use Chrome. Completely breaks our work flow, and still no ETA as to when this is going to work properly. So, a knock against Shopify for their terrible support on this app (which caught me by surprise as I've always had good to great support experiences), and I can't recommend this app to anyone right now. Concerned it'll break under the next Chrome or Firefox updates.
This app no longer works for me after the latest Safari update. I thought I would give it a week or so to catch up but it has been several weeks and still does not work. Please fix it!

This app used to work fine. Now it won't load.
there is no difference between this and the regular invoice printing its super complicated to use and you cant add images unless you know how to write HTML i dont understand is Shopify is a ecommerce platmorm or just wants money from app developers since we have to pay for apps to make your shopify work...im so annoyed
App isn't working anymore, it is ok if you want to print less than 5 orders otherwise the app will crash and you are not able to print the orders. It is dragging our business down the last couple of weeks
I was surprised to find the basic packing slips to be so lacking in information since Shopify has all of the needed information for a packing slip such as logo, company info, customer info and order. Why are you making this difficult? I could learn some code but why make this part of the selling process so complicated when it's so easy to set up for us?
