trying to customize a packing slip is a complete nightmare with this. just trying to center your logo takes several tries for it to even register. waste of time. great for basic generic INVOICE printing. nothing else.

Annoying that Shopify hasn’t caught up with the rest of the tech world in supporting small businesses that run on iPad Pro. Can’t easily print orders, half the apps don’t work with iPad Pro either through Safari or Chrome. Come on, Shopify, do better!

Can't believe the highly positive reviews on here.

This is a very basic function that should be more customisable without having to learn a coding language (albeit a very basic one).

Vpn Router, don't assume that every problem is the same. Great App, but it did shi# the bed and just logging out and logging back in (turning it on and off) didn't work. I had to go to the Apps tab and go to the App store and hit the "Get" button again. That fixed mine.

Does not work on Safari (latest version). Doesn't even launch the app. I took a look at the reviews and it seems to be a recurring issue for many people for quite some time. However no word from the developer in the FAQ or app description.

Only returns: "We're sorry, but something went wrong. We've been notified about this issue and we'll take a look at it shortly." for the last three days. Very bad performance and just not usable apparently.

No easy way to restore default HTML templates. Save the templates before editing! This application needs much better templates. Default invoice is lacking many important features. Editing requires the use of HTML. Integration with Shopify is poor.

Shopify really needs to add an invoice print function to Shopify. How can you operate with a system that cannot print invoices? Invoice printing should not require a separate application! Very dissatisfied!

There are two main issues with this app both has to do with using different currencies in my shop. I am using shopify payments so it should be straightforward... 1) When I use a free shipment code the discount listed is in my sore currency but listed as the currency the customer pays in.
2) I am trying to make the invoice list store currency and trasaction currency since that is needed for tax purposes but no matter what I try the only currency that displays is the transaction currency. The liquid references listed does nothing!

Have to clear cookies every time I want to print in order for it to work. I'll keep using until I have time to find something else, but very disappointed & frustrated. Could be a great app if issues were resolved.
