Somewhat dissapointed. Its my first week going live with the pos system and cant get the printer to work from the pos app. I hope to resolve soon. Would be nice to have an option to print directly from the ordering screen

This app is usefull but is limited. It is not possible to send the bill directly by email to the customer. You only have the possibility to print it.

So for the developpers, i have two suggest for the upgrade:

- Possibility to habe a buttonin the app to send it directly to the customer
- Possibility to have a button in the order page or customer page to send it directly to the customer
- Possibility to send it as attached file when we send an order confirmation to the customer

With that, the app whould be rate 5 stars.

Can you handle it?

App works as it should for the most part. If you can read code you can customize the layout of the invoice/packing slip pretty easily. Its free and does what I need it to do and that's why I use it.

3 stars because it is not possible for me to print more than 1 invoice at a time because the format of the PDF that gets sent to the printer does not hold for the second page. Everything gets jumbled around and I know it is not a problem with my HTML. Anytime I need to print more than one order at a time I have to do it one by one and it wastes a lot of my time

For anyone struggling to use the app today, clearing the cache (in chrome) solved mine...

Update 8/31/17:

While it still works, for some reason it frequently takes in inordinate amount of time to actually print the invoices.

Normally very happy with the app but for it to go down with no explanation is not very good.

Handy app, but is set to US Letter size as default, rather than A4, which means that pages can get cut off if the setting isn't manually adjusted. Overall a useful app.

App was working fine and now it’s down :(

Starting in April, when I choose print the app now takes me to this page on the app store instead of formatting my orders for printing. I have to go back to the home page and do the process a second time for it to work.

Time consuming for a real business trying to produce invoices and orders.

I installed this app, because it's a requirement to use with the Orderly Packing Slips. The packing slips are beautiful, a much needed upgrade to the Shopify packing slips. HOWEVER - you can't print the packing slips from the same page that you fulfill the order. So you have to 1) fulfill the order, 2) exit out of the order itself back to your Shopify Orders page, 3) select the checkbox next to the order and click "Print with Order App," 4) be taken to the Order App page, THEN you can print the dashboard. For one or two orders, it's annoying but not a huge deal. But if you're fulfilling a lot of orders at one time, it's a hassle to have to fulfill the orders on one page, then go somewhere else just to print the packing slips.
