Was great until it stopped working with Safari. Was hoping Shopify would resolve the problem but its been a couple months and still no fix.

Not working at present..just brings me to a blank screen...Please sort!

Update...stopped working in Chrome, but works ok in Edge

Pros:
-Creates a basic, easy to read receipt for customers.

Cons:
-Only allows you to view the 10 most recent orders. If you have more than 10 orders, the fastest way to find your next order is to search the order number, then open Order Printer, then print. Very aggravating.
-Very sluggish app. Takes a long time to load which is painful when your store is busy.

The one star is because it's free.

If I could give this negative stars I would. Same for shopify support. Spent last five days waiting for a fix. 650 orders in cue with no way to print. Only feedback was to unblock third party cookies. did that a week ago. Fix this shopify. This is your app....and you don't have this feature build in. Why build a platform to sell things and then stop short of actually being able to fulfill orders.

This app needs a serious overhaul. It's not working most of the time, and it does not include any refunds/discounts, etc., on the final order, so it's useless a lot of the time anyway. Really disappointed and this should be part of the standard Shopify store, not an extra. We need to print out the order to include in packages and to send to customers. I never use packing slips as most people want a copy of their order in the box.

Now I see others have said it doesn't even print out all of their orders when they do batches. What a waste of time and energy. Come on, Shopify, get this right!

The order printer needs work. Does not work if you want to print the order tags. And it is generally ugly unless you upgrade to another app.

Printing orders should be a basic task that should not require an app. You would think Shopify would have enough money to care about its customers.

Bold apps do not work either with the app when you have multiple products purchased at the same time.

Shopify blames Bold Commerce. Bold Commerce blames Shopify. The business model that Shopify employs with the apps is really frustrating and it seems they do not care about their customers.

Horrible little app. Time consuming & difficult to edit, prints page notes when requested not to, and looks far too basic. Been using it for about a year but am now returning to standard order printing a the standard is just too poor. Complete waste of time and about to be uninstalled.

Can only echo the reviews below. This app was working until last week when we just became unable to print to PDF (app just crashes).

Update: uninstalling and re-installing the app seemed to help (something Shopify support somehow couldn't come up with). Make sure you first save your templates somewhere else!
