We've been using "Orderify" to help streamline post-purchase changes at stamplab.com.au. It's reduced those 'can I make a change?' emails, which has been a relief. One suggestion would be to update the pop-up designs (early 2000's vibes), but overall, it's been a useful addition to our process and cheap as a coffee.

Seems to work fine. Tested with cancelling an order, installation was also a 1 click process. Will test some more and change review if anything comes up, but looks good for now!

Really useful app. Prevents many, many support tickets where the customer forgot a discount code, or needs to make some other change to the order. Great value!

This is a really useful app. Being able to allow customers to edit or cancel the order saves a lot of time for us filtering and responding to emails. When customer cancels an order, Shopify order page will reflect the cancellation correctly. Your customer will receive an email confirming cancellation and you will receive an email notifying which order was cancelled. This email is crucial if you are using certain third party fulfillment app as you will need to manually cancel the corresponding order at the app's order dashboard. I had good experience with their support team as well when resolving some issues I had.

We use this app to make it easier for our customers to edit, cancel, or re-create orders. The installation is quite easy and fast, it's working properly. The support team very helpful for any kind of queries or issue you faced (if any). We hope that this application will become more complete and be trusted by many websites.
