Very useful to automatically tag orders, and not overwrite other tags! Also the delayed tagging feature means you can avoid clashes with other apps that tag orders!

The app is amazing and saved so much of my time and my employees time by improving and automating the workflow and process. It's perfect if you want to filter by shipping method to make sure the priority methods get shipped out first (and many many other things) Sam is very helpful and such a nice guy. I asked him for custom code but he kindly told me that I just needed to wait a month for the new version to come out so I didn't need to pay for the custom code if I could wait. I'm using this app to tag new customers so that the fulfilment centre knows to add a flyer into the new customer orders. The app was configured by the developers and seems easy to use. Lots of other ways of using it too, plus quick and helpful support. Thanks!

Excellent app - no frills, just does exactly what it says in an easy to use format. The developers are so helpful - they respond to emails quickly, politely and are willing to add customization as needed. If you ever need to find an order that shopify search doesn't support - such as identifying orders by shipping method - this is the app for you!

They created a custom rule specifically for my business, just so that we were able to tag our customers that had received a shipment. Now, we can reach out to all customers and make sure their orders had no problems. Awesome experience! Thanks!

Order Tagger is great, We use it to mark orders when DDP is included so that once the order is received to our IMS for fulfillment we can run automation rules based on the order tag (order notes).
