Very professional and efficient. I have my website's all indicated pricing went haywire. I had technical support from Mahedi and he was able to problem solving one by one with lots of patients. Thank you very much. Sometime there are minor issues too hidden and even with link guidance, may not be able to fix, however agent took the initiative and fixed immediately. Thank you for taking the liberty and professional help. Website back to normal.

While the software offers immense capabilities, I must acknowledge that, as someone without extensive web design knowledge, I find it slightly less user-friendly. It appears to cater more to individuals with at least some web design expertise. Fortunately, our approach involves having a designer initially build our page, and we subsequently make edits to the structure, which proves effective for our workflow.
