I really enjoy using this builder for custom pages on my shopify store. It gives me great flexibility when it comes to layout and I can tailor all of my pages to suit a specific need. Whenever I have any problems, the support team are always really helpful and quick to fix the issues.

The builder itself is very user-friendly, but the main reason I'm leaving a review is for their Customer Service. I've came across some user errors and they're always available to help me and resolve it.

This app was terrible after the upgrade and customer service was awful. my pages remained broken and I would never use this app again. I had pages go down in the middle of the day and they did nothing to fix it saying they will get back to me in 24 hours. An app that deals with your product pages should not have you wait hours with a broken page. I lost THOUSANDS of dollars with this app! HORRIBLE! I would give it a ZERO if I could.

App worked fine for a few weeks and now the page I created no longer loads. These things happen, but their customer service is absolutely awful. Having support for any app or software is almost just as important as the app itself.

And their support team is almost non existent. I'm grateful I actually got a response, but it's been back and forth with no solution in sight. They've forgotten what the original issue is and respond once every 12 hrs or so. They have no sense of urgency nor do they care about their customers.

DO NOT install this app and use if you expect customer support to help with the eventual issues it will have.

*After reading my review on here, their support was able to fix my issue within a few minutes. They missed my email granting them access to my shopify account but not when I resent it to them. So what could have been fixed 3 days ago, was fixed within 5 minutes after my poor review, which I've since updated from 1 star to 3. Make of it what you will.

I feel the app isn't as user friendly as it could be. However, the tech support is very good. I'm creating a landing page and had questions, I contacted PageFly technical support via the chat and spoke with Angel. He was very helpful! He addressed my concerns, made a video for me to follow and helped me get my landing page done. Thanks!

We used the app in order to add more variety to our store's appearance. The page builder comes with literally everything you need in order to create a unique experience for your visitors. The pricing is very reasonable, too. Using PageFly's integrated template system, which allows for individual sections to be saved and reused elsewhere, offers a very efficient workflow. If there's anything left to wish for, it would be an individual element for the collection pages' sidebar. Placing it freely and designing it within the page builder would be an awesome addition to this overall very strong Shopify app. Thanks for everything. Greetings from Düsseldorf, Germany.
